Each fan operates independently, and any malfunction of one fan does not affect the use of the entire dust removal system.

Energy Conservation

The dust removal power system is assembled from multiple 7.5KW fans, which can be started and stopped in a stepped manner. The fans can be turned on or off according to the real-time quantity of equipment used, and the minimum 7.5KW operation can be achieved, with a maximum energy saving rate of up to 95%.

Low Noise

All fans are designed to be overhead, with a height of 8 meters above the ground. The fans are equipped with built-in sound-absorbing cotton and sound insulation panels, effectively reducing noise transmission and controlling noise within 80DB.

Ultra low Emissions

The particulate matter emission concentration is below mg/m ³, meeting the environmental emission requirements of any region in China.

Intelligent Operation

The core spare parts are all imported brands, with simple operation and reliable quality. A remote IoT platform is provided, which allows real-time viewing of device operation status through mobile terminals at any time.
